Kaze Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates kazesolutions.com and is committed to protecting the privacy of every visitor. This Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how it is handled.

Kaze Solutions is a company based in Costa Rica that designs and operates custom web platforms, marketplaces, and integrations for clients worldwide. You can reach us at support@kazesolutions.com.

2. What we collect

The website itself does not store visitor data. Personal information is only collected when you choose to submit the contact form on /contact, in which case we receive:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Optional company website
• Country, company size, job level, job function, project type
• The free-form message you write

We also use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that the form submission comes from a human, which processes a verification token and (briefly) your IP address; we do not retain that token after verification.

3. Why we collect it

• To reply to your inquiry and discuss your project requirements.
• To keep an internal record of business contacts for follow-up.
• To prevent abuse and spam of the contact endpoint.

4. How long we keep it

Contact-form submissions are stored in our support inbox for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any related business relationship, and may be archived for tax or legal compliance. You can ask us to delete your record at any time.

5. Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We use a small number of trusted service providers strictly to operate this website:

• Vercel — hosting and request logging.
• Resend — delivers contact-form submissions to our support inbox.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — bot-check on the contact form.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including the EU GDPR and Costa Rican Law 8968), you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of any personal data we hold about you. Send the request to support@kazesolutions.com.

7. Cookies and local storage

We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies. The site stores a small language preference and a theme preference in your browser's localStorage. See the Cookie Policy for details.

8. Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
